This is a full-time position for a skilled professional capable of independently diagnosing and repairing residential appliances and PTAC units. Please note that this is not a trainee or apprentice role; we are looking for a technician who can hit the ground running.
Position Details:
  • Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM (varies by workload).
  • Compensation:
    $28.00
  • $45.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, etc.
) and
HVAC PTAC
units.
  • Manage service calls and daily workloads independently.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding diagnoses and recommendations.   • Research and order parts, complete service documentation via dispatch software, and maintain communication with office staff.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of residential appliance repair experience (required).
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with major brands such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, and Frigidaire (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs .
Pay:
$28.00
