Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals to handle residential turnovers and renovations , including: General repairs and handyman services HVAC repair Appliances Repair Drywall patching and interior painting Flooring installs (LVP, tile, carpet) Kitchen and bathroom updates Light plumbing and electrical Door, trim, and hardware replacement Garage door repair Trash-outs and clean-ups Minor landscaping and curb appeal work
Requirements:
Own tools, reliable transportation, and (if applicable) a crew Proven experience in residential maintenance or renovations Strong communication and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and follow scopes Familiarity with mobile apps/work order platforms
