Job Description

- please read entire job description. Quick Fix Appliance Repair Inc. is seeking a full-time Appliance Repair Technician. No prior experience is required—ideal candidates are mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools. We provide several weeks of hands-on training. You will be required to perform appliance service at customers' homes. We are looking for individuals that show pride in their work, are reliable and trustworthy, and have great customer service. Overtime/Saturdays also available. We offer hourly rate, once you go on your own, you will get a raise. Vacation and holidays. Benefits (health insurance, dental, etc) open for discussion.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain professional in challenging situations Strong work ethic and positive attitude High attention to detail Valid driver's license with a good driving record Basic computer proficiency A background check and drug screening will be conducted. Must be authorized to work in the US Job Duties include: setting up daily routes, calling customers with arrival window, travel to customers home diagnosing units, ordering parts, installing necessary parts, and other related job duties. We are a growing, small family owned business and in this position, you will be working directly with the owner. The home office is located in Sayville, NY. You will love working for us as we treat employees like family. We value our employees and give steady raises. We provide appliance repair services for major home appliances such as, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, cook tops, ovens, stoves, hoods, trash compactors, ice machines, wine coolers, washers, dryers, gas grills. We are factory authorized with most major brand manufacturers and keep adding on more. You will be provided company truck, uniforms - company shirts, pants, hat, and company cell. We cover repairs in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
