In-Home Major Appliance Diagnostics Technician — Sears Home Services Picture your day: you start in Toledo, OH, route set, company vehicle stocked, and the industry-leading app guiding you to each customer's door. The refrigerator that won't cool, the washer that won't spin, the microwave that went dark — you diagnose fast, repair precisely, and leave a grateful homeowner with a working appliance and real peace of mind. What you'll do Travel to multiple homes daily across the Toledo area to diagnose and repair major appliances — refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves. Deliver a standout customer experience from greeting to goodbye. Offer value-added solutions that make homes cleaner, more comfortable, and better protected. Keep your service vehicle organized and parts managed efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned.
