The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in appliance repair and customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role involves working directly with customers to ensure their appliances are functioning optimally, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Duties Perform repairs and maintenance on various appliances, including refrigerators, HVAC systems, and other household equipment. Assemble and install new appliances as required. Diagnose issues by interpreting schematics and technical manuals to determine the best course of action for repairs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance needs and repair processes. Conduct field service visits to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address any operational challenges. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and HVAC systems. Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation related to appliance repair. Prior experience in customer service is essential for effective communication with clients. A background as a delivery driver may be beneficial for understanding logistics related to appliance installation. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
