Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician, where your skills will shine as you deliver top-notch service to our valued customers! In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and building lasting relationships. What you'll do Diagnose and repair a wide range of major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and more. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance. Utilize your field service experience to manage appointments and ensure timely delivery of services. Experience utilizing iPad for work orders Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices in appliance repair. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Required qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair. At least 2 years home appliance field service repair Current EPA certification Current Driver License, Clean Driving Record High School Diploma Willingness to undergo drug test and Background Check in accordance with local laws and regulations Legally authorized to work in this country Proven ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical issues. Preferred qualifications Delivery driver experience with a clean driving record. Knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment repair techniques. Excellent communication skills that enhance customer interactions.
