$41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year Plus Commission Job description: River Run Appliance Repair is hiring experienced appliance repair technicians with a minimum of one year of residential or commercial appliance repair experience. This position is not entry level. We are looking for technicians who can diagnose and repair appliances independently and want steady work with the ability to increase earnings through performance. Motivated technicians who work efficiently and are willing to put in extra time can earn significantly more. Compensation and Benefits Average annual earnings range from 41,600.00 - $52,000.00 Plus Commission Top performing technicians earn 80,000 or more Performance based pay with no cap Company provided service van Fuel card and stocked parts inventory Tools tablet and uniforms provided Paid time off Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial appliances including washers dryers refrigerators freezers ovens ranges cooktops dishwashers and microwaves Perform accurate mechanical and electrical diagnostics Explain repair findings and options clearly to customers Document all work using company CRM software Maintain a professional appearance and clean service vehicle Required Qualifications Please Read Carefully Minimum one year of hands on appliance repair experience required Residential or commercial appliance repair background Ability to work independently without supervision Strong customer service and communication skills Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Clean criminal background and ability to pass a background check Reliable punctual and professional This is not an entry level position No HVAC only or handyman only applicants About River Run Appliance Repair River Run Appliance Repair is a locally owned appliance repair company serving the Midlothian and surrounding areas.
