Commercial Appliance Service Technician

Company Description Kitchen Care Plus is a full service, commercial appliance repair company. We service Hotels, Restaurants, Schools and Healthcare facilities. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment and occasional HVAC. The Service Technician will also diagnose problems, develop solutions, and provide superior customer service to clients. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial food service equipment repair or related field such as HVAC, but will consider training the right individual. Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, refrigeration systems, and minor plumbing repairs is desired. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when on call High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to occasionally lift and carry heavy equipment and climb ladders for rooftop work.
