Appliance Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various appliances, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Perform field service calls to diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and identify issues
• Assemble, install, and test new appliances
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Previous experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of appliance repair techniques
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
