We are looking for motivated Appliance Repair Technicians who are hungry to grow, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in serving customers well. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of household appliances while delivering a professional and friendly customer experience. We are looking for technicians who are dependable, coachable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working directly with people inside their homes. Duties Diagnose appliance malfunctions by evaluating electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related systems. Repair household appliances including refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, dishwashers, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, and microwaves. Use technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer information to identify problems and complete repairs accurately. Disassemble, repair, replace parts, reassemble, and test appliances to confirm proper operation. Conduct routine maintenance and identify potential issues before they become larger problems. Communicate clearly with customers regarding the diagnosis, repair process, timeline, pricing, and maintenance recommendations. Provide friendly, respectful, and professional service in customers' homes. Maintain detailed job notes, photos, parts usage, and repair documentation in Housecall Pro. Coordinate with dispatch, parts, and office staff regarding job updates, parts needs, scheduling changes, and customer concerns. Maintain an organized truck stock, tools, parts, and company equipment. Safely operate company vehicles for service calls and parts pickup/drop-off when needed. Promote maintenance plans and request customer reviews when appropriate. Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations on every job. Experience Previous appliance repair experience is preferred. Experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, automotive, maintenance, or another skilled trade is strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Ability to read or learn to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Experience working with refrigeration systems, sealed systems, electrical components, or gas appliances is a plus. Customer service experience and the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners. Comfortable working independently in the field while managing multiple service appointments. Ability to safely lift, move, and work around appliances and appliance parts. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history. Must pass a background check and drug screen. EPA Certification preferred but not required. Experience using Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar field service software is preferred. Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Earning Potential:
