We are committed to maintaining our properties to the highest standards to ensure safe and comfortable homes for our tenants. Position Summary We're looking for a reliable and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing maintenance team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing household appliances in our rental units, helping ensure quick turnarounds and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers, etc.) Inspect and test appliances to identify issues and verify proper operation after repairs Replace defective components using manufacturer parts Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate repair records Communicate clearly with the office and property managers on job status Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with code and company policies Requirements Prior experience in appliance repair (residential preferred) Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Familiarity with common appliance brands and models Must have own vehicle and tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls per day Good communication and customer service skills EPA certification a plus (but not required)
