Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our customers! In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Your mechanical expertise and customer-focused approach will help us build trust and satisfaction with every service call. You'll be empowered to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver solutions that make a real difference in people's lives. This is a sub contract 1099 position. Responsibilities Perform detailed appliance repairs including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens using schematics and technical manuals. Interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and schematics to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct equipment repairs and assembly on-site, ensuring all work meets safety standards. Utilize your refrigeration knowledge to troubleshoot cooling systems effectively. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, refrigeration, and equipment repair techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics accurately. Mechanical aptitude combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting complex systems.
