Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Appliance Installation & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with apartment maintenance, handyman, or appliance repair experience. The job mainly involves installing and repairing household appliances and handling light electrical/mechanical work. We are looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot basic issues, and complete jobs professionally.
Responsibilities:
Install dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, and other household appliances Replace and install ice makers Change heating elements on stoves/ovens Splice and replace appliance power cords Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs Remove and replace defective appliance parts Ensure appliances are installed safely and working properly Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Requirements:
Experience in apartment maintenance, appliance installation, or handyman work preferred Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge Ability to use hand tools and power tools Able to lift heavy appliances when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Must be dependable, professional, and able to work without supervision
Preferred Experience:
