You'll be the go-to expert providing service and support for critical commercial kitchen equipment.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial foodservice equipment, including cooking, warewashing, baking, refrigeration, and food prep units. Interact directly with customers to deliver timely, reliable service and build long-term trust. Travel to customer sites directly from home, working independently with minimal supervision. Meet or exceed productivity and service quality goals on a weekly basis.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED (required). 0-2 years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience (we provide training!). Valid driver's license and the ability to drive several hours per day. Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation. Ability to attend hands-on, in-depth training at our client's corporate headquarters in Troy, OH. The Physical Side of the
Job:
Lift up to 75 lbs with or without assistance. Climb ladders and access rooftops as needed. Walk 3-5 miles per day and drive 5-6 hours daily. Work in tight spaces, kneel, squat, push/pull, and operate various tools and machinery.
Work Environment:
Commercial kitchen environments that may be hot, cold, wet, or noisy. Daily travel to customer sites with occasional overnight stays. Flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
