40%-50% Commission per Completed Job Job Description Fixino24 Appliance Services is looking for an experienced and reliable Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. We provide professional residential appliance repair services and are seeking a skilled technician who can diagnose and repair major household appliances while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances Repair refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, and garbage disposals Explain repair options to customers Complete jobs professionally and on time Maintain excellent customer service Submit repair reports and invoices through our dispatch system Requirements Minimum 2 years of appliance repair experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with major appliance brands (Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, etc.) Own service van or truck Own tools and diagnostic equipment Valid Driver's License EPA 608 Certification (Preferred) TDLR Registration or License (Preferred) Ability to communicate professionally with customers Authorized to work in the United States What We Offer 40%-50% Commission per completed job Weekly payouts Flexible schedule Consistent service calls Professional dispatch support AI-powered scheduling and customer communication Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company Why Join Fixino24?
