This role is best suited for a technician who can efficiently diagnose and complete multiple service calls per day while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Compensation:
Pay:
$22-$24 per hour, depending on experience Typical workload: 5-7 service calls per day Work schedule: Monday-Friday, with up to 2 Saturdays per month preferred Workday expectation: Technicians are expected to complete their assigned route and service calls within a standard 8-hour workday through effective time management and route efficiency. Overtime is not offered for this position, and additional hours must be approved by management in advance.
Performance Bonus:
Additional bonuses are available for technicians who successfully complete 8 or more service appointments in a single day while maintaining quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential appliances (washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.) Provide accurate assessments and repair recommendations Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Document work performed using company CRM Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience EPA Certification
PREFERRED
(or currently in process) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have own tools to complete appliance repairs (basic hand tools and multimeter required) EPA-related tools preferred (gauges, vacuum pump) if applicable Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional communication and customer service skills Must be able to efficiently complete 5-8 service calls per day
