We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your technical expertise will be essential in providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. Perform repairs on various mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery changes, and hardware repairs. Analyze device performance and functionality to identify areas for improvement. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to assist in the repair process. Provide exceptional customer service in a retail sales environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding their devices. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Stay updated on the latest operating systems, including iOS and Mac OS, as well as emerging technologies in the mobile device industry. Collaborate with field service teams to address complex repair issues that may require on-site support. Experience Proven experience in equipment repair, particularly with mobile devices. Familiarity with operating systems such as iOS and Mac OS is highly desirable. Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with customers. Proficiency in soldering techniques for hardware repairs is preferred. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to mobile device components.
