APPLIANCE REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Basin Blast LLC is expanding our Appliance Repair Technician and is hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for immediate openings. Our technicians support restaurant and commercial customers throughout the Permian Basin, providing essential repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety-focused facility care. We provide ongoing training, including OSHA courses and specialized restaurant equipment maintenance certifications as needed. About Basin Blast LLC Basin Blast provides facility support and maintenance services to customers across the Permian Basin region. With a home base in Midland, our team travels to customer locations to ensure their buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. We pride ourselves on reliable service, strong customer relationships, and a safety-first culture. Main Office is located at 241 Spring Park Drive, Midland, Texas. Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay:
o Specialized skill roles (Electrical, Machinery Repair, etc.): $20.00- 25.
Paid Time Off:

Company Vehicle:

Required throughout the Permian Basin; home base is Midland Position Overview The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs routine and emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment service across customer locations. Work includes grounds, building, and equipment maintenance in areas such as parking lots, customer service areas, kitchens, drive-thru areas, offices, and additional company-owned properties. Key Responsibilities Exterior Grounds- Basic lighting and fixture repairs
- Basic exterior plumbing repairs Building & Roof
- HVAC cleaning, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Exhaust system cleaning, repair, and PM
- Refrigeration preventive maintenance tasks Interior Areas (Customer Service, Kitchen, Drive-Thru, Office, Crew Room, Storage)
- Addressing safety-related issues
- Basic lighting, and electrical repairs
- Equipment repair and preventive maintenance, including beverage machinery and kitchen equipment Physical Requirements
- Long periods of standing and walking
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, crawl into tight spaces
- Lift up to 50 lbs Additional Requirements
- Must follow "Clean as You Go" procedures and all safety practices
- Must cooperate with customer needs and maintain professional conduct
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- May assist with repairs or maintenance at company-owned residential or office properties as needed This position requires successful completion of a background check.
Pay:
$20.00- $25.
