About the Role We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to provide expert maintenance and repair solutions for premium consumer goods. You will be instrumental in ensuring high-end fitness equipment and smart home systems are fully operational, directly impacting customer satisfaction and product longevity. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform complex repairs on treadmills, stationary bikes, smart gym systems, and high-end cooling appliances. Interpret technical schematics and manufacturer manuals to ensure all repairs meet strict quality and safety standards. Deliver exceptional on-site service, acting as a professional representative for our premium brand partners. Maintain detailed service logs and communicate repair status effectively through mobile digital platforms. Utilize personal mechanical expertise and specialized tools to resolve hardware and electronic malfunctions. Ensure all work sites are left in pristine condition, upholding the highest standards of service excellence. Qualifications Required Skills Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment assembly or repair. Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and follow precise assembly instructions. Possession of reliable transportation and a comprehensive set of personal hand and power tools. Valid EIN (Federal Tax ID) and ability to meet all local/state regulatory requirements for independent service providers. Strong commitment to customer service and professional communication. Preferred Skills Experience with electrical diagnostics and smart home technology integration. Previous experience in a field service or mobile repair role. Familiarity with DOT/MC regulatory compliance for commercial vehicle operation.
