Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly with customers to set expectations and appointments Diagnose, repair, or recommend replacement for covered systems/appliances Communicate clearly with customers about the issue and next steps Submit service reports and invoices
Requirements:
Proven appliance repair experience Reliable transportation and tools Strong communication and customer service skills
