Your expertise will ensure appliances operate smoothly, providing customers with reliable solutions and peace of mind. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, promoting satisfaction and loyalty through expert service. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across various LG appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Perform repairs and maintenance on appliance components such as motors, compressors, control boards, and electrical systems using hand tools and soldering equipment. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to interpret wiring diagrams and repair procedures accurately. Conduct software troubleshooting on smart appliances compatible with Android, iOS (Apple devices), macOS (Apple computers), and Windows operating systems. Replace or repair computer hardware components within appliances or related devices as needed. Provide technical support to customers during field service visits, explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each job. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or electronics troubleshooting with a focus on home appliances. Strong knowledge of operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and their interaction with smart appliances. Skilled in soldering techniques and using hand tools for precise component repairs. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately. Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of appliance malfunctions efficiently. Familiarity with computer hardware components and software troubleshooting methods. Experience in field service environments with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
