Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service by repairing and maintaining a wide range of household appliances. As an Appliance Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair appliances efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards are met. Your hands-on skills and proactive approach will help keep our customers' homes running smoothly! Clean driving & background & drug screening ( excluding cannabis) required. Duties Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals. Perform mechanical and electrical repairs with precision, ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards. Utilize refrigeration and HVAC knowledge to troubleshoot cooling systems and related equipment effectively. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents to identify issues accurately. Conduct appliance assembly, installation, and testing to ensure proper operation before customer handover. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Experience Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or service technician in a field service environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting complex systems. Familiarity with refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and equipment repair techniques. Skilled in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
