We provide In-home TV and major appliances repair. We are the authorized service center for all Samsung TVs and extended warranty authorized service for Samsung home appliance as well. Also, We truly appreciate previous candidates who spare their time to apply this job. Schedule l 9AM - 5:30PM l Monday to Friday l Occasionally Overtime exists | Over 75inch TVs and other major jobs, Two men will be dispatched and get paid an extra. Also, depends on the size of TV, incentives are different. Coverage From the Everett to Tacoma Responsibilities l Conduct appliance & TV diagnosis and in-home repairs in consumer's homes on Samsung appliances. l Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the deliverance of high-quality service l Record all activities related to repairs, routes, and other activities l Maintain high level of skill and proficiency in appliance repair l Operate assigned service van through an assigned route to many repair locations l Attend all training, meetings, and other events as required l Prompt and regular attendance l Follow safety procedures and constant awareness for personal safety and safety of others l Depends on the Location, employees will wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face mask, gloves, and foot covers. Qualifications l Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record l Be able to pass a background check and drug test. (takes up to 2 weeks) l Be able to use Multi-meter l The ability to lift up to 30-80 lbs occasional basis. l be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work. l high school or equivalent l must be at least 18 years of age Salary In training: $20/hr in training. Training usually takes 4-8weeks (Include 1 week Training of Official Samsung Training Center in CA or NJ).

In General:

Hourly + Commission based with bonus. •To convert into $/Hr, AVG hourly amount of new tech's first year: $25.5 Low $23.8/hr High $28.5/hr More work , More incentives !
