Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely delivering appliances and equipment to customer locations, as well as expertly installing and servicing a variety of products. Your mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and field service experience will ensure seamless delivery and installation processes, providing exceptional experiences for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving with hands-on technical work, all while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other delivery vehicles to transport appliances and equipment to customer sites Execute precise installations of appliances, including refrigeration units, and related mechanical components Conduct thorough inspections of delivered items to ensure proper functionality before leaving the customer's location Provide excellent customer service by explaining product features, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally Maintain accurate delivery logs, installation records, and service reports for each job Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver with a strong focus on appliance or equipment delivery and installation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse situations Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in physically demanding environments safely Join us in delivering excellence—combining driving expertise with technical skill to ensure our customers receive top-tier service every step of the way!
