Appliance Delivery/Installer/Technician

Duties Safely operate delivery trucks and delivery vehicles to transport appliances to customer locations. Install and set up appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC units according to manufacturer specifications and schematics. Perform appliance repairs and troubleshooting on-site, including mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct equipment repairs and assembly tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery and installation. Maintain detailed records of service work performed, parts used, and any issues encountered for reporting purposes. Experience Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot appliance issues effectively. Previous delivery driver experience with a clean driving record operating vehicles. Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and clear communication skills. Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple appointments efficiently.
