Responsibilities Perform diagnostic assessments on washers, dryers and HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct repairs and maintenance on machines, utilizing mechanical knowledge and electrical experience to restore functionality. Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues accurately. Assist with the assembly, installation, and setup of new machines. Drive a van or similar vehicle to service appliances and facilities Communicate clearly with staff about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up requirements to ensure quality control. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC components, and equipment repair techniques. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in field service roles is highly desirable. Ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues efficiently. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions and build trust with clients. Valid driver's license . Knowledge of assembly processes for appliances or equipment is a plus.
