We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Home HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems within mobile home communities. Your expertise will ensure our residents enjoy reliable climate control and comfort in their homes. Duties Install new HVAC systems in mobile homes following schematics and HVAC design plans Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal operation Repair refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and related mechanical equipment using appropriate tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment Conduct plumbing work necessary for HVAC installations or repairs, including ammonia refrigeration systems where applicable Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to guide installation and repair processes Diagnose issues with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) equipment and execute effective repairs Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and parts used Skills Strong construction knowledge with experience in mechanical systems installation and repair Proven service technician experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or appliance repair fields Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans accurately Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and property maintenance Experience working with field service operations in residential or mobile home settings Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R equipment troubleshooting Competence with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics; experience with equipment repair is essential Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle as needed Knowledge of property maintenance practices including air conditioning system upkeep and boiler operation Mechanic experience with welding and general equipment repair highly desirable

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
