HVAC Service Technician/Installer

Overview We are seeking a reliable, positive, and skilled Service Technician who can perform HVAC service and installations when necessary. This role represents our brand in the field, delivering 5-star service and upholding the family values of our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential systems Install HVAC equipment as needed, following company standards and safety protocols Provide exceptional customer service , answering questions and educating customers about system operation and maintenance Represent AC By The Sea professionally in all interactions with customers and the community Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order Adhere to safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents promptly Document service work accurately in company software Assist team members as needed and support a positive, collaborative work environment Participate in company community outreach programs and volunteer initiatives, if desired. Requirements HVAC service experience required; installation experience preferred Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance practices. Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor Reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond Experience with Housecall Pro or Service Titan, preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites. We are a drug and alcohol free environment, must be able to pass a drug test if requested.
