You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical wiring and piping to deliver reliable climate control solutions while providing an exceptional experience for our homeowners. Responsibilities Execute the precise installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance. Manage complex piping tasks, including copper and PVC, alongside high and low voltage electrical wiring. Drive project success by mentoring installation assistants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety. Maintain a high standard of organization for company vehicles, tools, and inventory to maximize daily efficiency. Ensure all installations comply with current safety regulations and industry standards for residential appliances. Navigate challenging environments, including attics and crawlspaces, to perform necessary system adjustments. Communicate clearly with clients to explain system operations and ensure total satisfaction with the completed work. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential HVAC installation. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Clean driving record and a valid driver's license. Proven ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50+ pounds and working in confined spaces. Preferred Skills Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for complex mechanical and electrical system issues. Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
