Contract - 6 Weeks (Temp-to-Perm)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 5:30pm-10:30pm (Part-Time) Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to step into an instructional role for a 6-week contract with the opportunity to transition into a permanent faculty position. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned technician who enjoys mentoring others and wants to help develop the next generation of HVAC professionals. What you'll do: Teach HVAC fundamentals, troubleshooting, safety, and hands-on lab skills Demonstrate proper techniques and guide students through practical training Evaluate student performance and maintain progress records Support curriculum goals and foster a positive learning environment Promote safe and professional industry practices What we're looking for: EPA 608 Certification (required) Minimum 3 years of in-field HVAC experience Strong communication and mentorship skills Prior teaching/training experience helpful but not required Ability to work effectively with adult learners Why work at Alto?
