Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and apprentices. Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair. Strong leadership skills Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
