We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that truly values its team. What You'll Be Doing As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will run installation jobs from start to finish while mentoring your apprentice and ensuring every job meets our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Installing residential/light commercial HVAC systems Installing and modifying ductwork systems Indoor Air Quality solutions including Aeroseal, whole-home dehumidifiers, filtration systems, and duct cleanings Ensuring installations are clean, professional, and done right the first time Leading and mentoring installation helpers Delivering a professional customer experience in the home We believe the installer is one of the most important roles in our company, because you are the final step that turns a sale into a happy customer. What We're Looking For 3+ years HVAC installation experience Lead installer experience preferred Strong understanding of airflow and duct systems Pride in craftsmanship and clean installations Leadership ability with apprentices/helpers Valid driver's license and clean driving record Positive attitude and strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits Our top installers earn well above the industry average because we believe great craftsmanship deserves great pay.
