HVAC / Property Maintenance Technician (Level II) Sipsey, AL $17 an hour - Full-time $17 an hour - Full-time Residential Maintenance Technician / HVAC EPA Licensed a plus We have several homes and mobile homes as rental properties. We need to perform standard maintenance tasks. Sheet rock/wall repair, painting, light plumbing repairs, light electrical, deck building, flooring install, and of course heating and cooling. You don't have to do everything. BUT - you must have proven experience doing some type of property maintenance work OR have be licensed for residential HVAC (EPA). This job requires having your own tools. This is not a general labor position. For this Level II position we expect at least 3 years of property maintenance experience reflected on your resume or
