Job Description

Join the Woodruff Property Management Company as an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician and become an essential part of our team. In this role, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and maintaining the safety and satisfaction of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Turnover Process:
Oversee the turnover process, ensuring all units are ready for new residents in a timely manner.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Address and resolve maintenance issues including electrical, plumbing, A/C, HVAC, and appliances.
Service Requests:
Respond promptly to resident service requests and problems, providing high-quality maintenance services.
Safety Reporting:
Identify and report potential liability concerns or safety hazards.
On-Call Duties:
Perform on-call duty for after-hours and weekend emergencies as assigned.
General Maintenance:
Execute additional tasks as required, ensuring the property is well-maintained and operational.
Requirements:
Must have a valid HVAC certification.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance role within a large property or multi-site apartment community.
Skills:
Strong mechanical inclination with knowledge in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction, and electrical systems.
Tools:
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including freon recovery machinery, air conditioning gauges, and vacuum pumps.
Flexibility:
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and be available for emergency after-hours calls.
Dependability:
Reliable transportation and excellent organizational skills are essential.
Background Check:
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record.
Multi-Site Work:
Willingness to work at multiple properties as needed.
