Overview:

Attention HVAC heros! We're looking for a highly skilled, detail obsessed, professional Service Technician with a great attitude and ridiculously high work ethic. We're looking for someone who has experience completing a HVAC diagnosis and customer HVAC education. We need you to already know the different types of freon and how to read digital gauges. We're not looking for a person with a negative attitude. We're searching for HVAC Service Technician that can provide "Top Notch" services and is eager to play an important part of serving customers in Central Arkansas. Is this you?!

Duties:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on larger projects
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to design and install HVAC systems according to specifications
• Proficiency in plumbing and electrical work related to HVAC systems
• Experience in equipment repair and property maintenance
• Welding skills for fabrication of ductwork or other components
• Field service experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems on-site
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Familiarity with HVAC/R codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
