HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls
• Keep accurate records of work performed

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Proficient in air conditioning, HVAC, and property maintenance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating a van for transportation to job sites
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including the ability to build, design, boil, refrigerate, and weld
