The Company:

Arkansas Refrigerated Services is an established business in Fort Smith, Arkansas that provides refrigerated storage and blast freezing services for multiple customers.

The Position :

We're looking for a Maintenance/Ammonia Refrigeration Technician. The pay range is commensurate with experience and training.

Shift:

Candidates for this position will be required to be flexible with work hours. Some weekend and on-call duty required.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills: Ability to perform general building maintenance with minimal supervision. Experience working on and troubleshooting electric forklifts. Troubleshoot and repair pumps, fans and electric motors. Document task and work order completion according to standard operating procedures and company policy. Follow directions and perform routine preventative maintenance. Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment, prioritize and plan repairs for safe and efficient operation. Create and maintain clean and safe work environment. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Ability to learn and stay on task without supervision.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or its equivalent Experience with Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration desired. 2-4 years' experience in Industrial maintenance. Welding and fabrication skills a +.
