You'll be backed by strong leadership, a deep bench of technical support, and a network of experienced HVAC professionals across the country. What You'll Be Doing Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment Perform preventative maintenance across a variety of facilities Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately Conduct site surveys and move-out inspections Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Submit service tickets, reports, and invoicing in a timely manner Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once per month) Handle a balanced mix of service work, preventative maintenance, and repairs What They're Looking For 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits (Made Simple) Pay & Extras Highly competitive pay Performance bonuses Company events and team outings Health & Financial 100% company-paid healthcare Dental and vision coverage 401(k) with 4% company contribution Life insurance Long-term disability Time Off 2 weeks PTO starting year one +1 additional day each year (up to 5 weeks total) Paid holidays Tools & Support Company service vehicle Tools, equipment, and PPE provided Tool program Company phone Growth & Development Structured apprenticeship program Ongoing technical training and continuing education Mentorship and leadership development programs Clear path for advancement
