HVAC Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC equipment effectively. The HVAC Technician will work in the field, providing top-notch service to our clients while ensuring their heating and cooling systems operate efficiently. Duties Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, including boilers and other heating systems. Conduct field service visits to residential and commercial properties for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical components and ensuring proper functionality. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance. Familiarity with plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC installations and repairs is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
