We're seeking someone who can confidently handle residential HVAC installations independently while also assisting with insulation projects. Insulation experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. We take pride in providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, and we're looking for team members who do the same. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork Complete installations safely, efficiently, and up to code Troubleshoot installation issues and make adjustments as needed Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist with insulation installation projects including attic insulation and air sealing (training provided) Maintain clean and organized job sites Properly use and maintain tools and equipment Qualifications Strong HVAC installation experience required Must be able to complete HVAC installs with little to no supervision Comfortable reading installation specifications and following code requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy materials and work in attics/crawl spaces Strong work ethic and dependable attendance EPA certification preferred Insulation experience is not required — we will train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Opportunity to learn other trades.
