What You Will Do:

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation units Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications Perform system start-ups and testing to verify proper operation Communicate effectively with customers regarding system operation and maintenance Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

What You Need:

Journeyman License or Trade school Equivalent (required) EPA License (Required) Valid Drivers License (21+) A minimum of 1+ years of field experience as a lead HVAC Installer Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR & background check Good work ethic and willingness to learn new method Physical dexterity
