This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and leadership. The Lead Technician will perform residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and system troubleshooting while also supporting fellow technicians and helping train apprentices in the field. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, communicate professionally with customers, and help maintain a positive team culture focused on excellence and integrity. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform scheduled service calls and preventive maintenance Support and assist field technicians with technical troubleshooting and jobsite problem-solving Train and mentor apprentices and junior technicians on proper HVAC procedures, safety, and customer service Ensure all work is completed to code, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job documentation Assist with inventory management and proper care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment Participate in on-call rotations as needed Qualifications Valid Arkansas HVAC Class B License (Required) Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, refrigerant systems, airflow, and controls Experience with residential and light commercial systems EPA Certification preferred Leadership mindset with the ability to train and support team members Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle and fuel card Paid holidays and PTO Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction Why Join Us?
