Position:
Full-Time | Sales Department Reports to:
Sales Manager or General Manager Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home evaluations to assess comfort needs and current HVAC system condition Present customized system recommendations, product options, and financing solutions Prepare clear, professional proposals and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service Educate homeowners on energy efficiency, IAQ products, and available rebates Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and timely job completion Track leads, proposals, and pipeline metrics in the company CRM Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in residential HVAC, home services, or in-home sales Strong knowledge of all major HVAC brands (required) Experience with Carrier LCU products (a plus) Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM software, tablets, and proposal software Valid driver's license and availability for evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor Knowledge of financing programs (Wells Fargo, GoodLeap and Microf) Experience with IAQ products, utility rebate programs, or
Home Performance Compensation:
Salary draw to 100% commission Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and additional benefits Incentives for selling IAQ products, accessories, or high-efficiency systems
