What You'll Do:
+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential homes + Communicate clearly with customers, explaining service and maintenance needs + Recommend additional services to optimize system performance + Perform maintenance tasks (refrigerant checks, filter changes, etc.) + Install thermostats, dehumidifiers, and related components + Replace system parts such as coils, compressors, and controls + Maintain accurate documentation for each work order + Follow all safety standards and procedures
What You'll Need:
+ Experience running residential HVAC service calls OR completion of an HVAC certification program + Valid driver's license with a clean record + EPA license required + Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills + Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers + Basic computer skills for timekeeping, billing, and payment processing + Team-first attitude and strong communication skills Paschal Home Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
