Proven experience as an HVAC technician (senior-level preferred 5+ years) Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills with knowledge of static pressure, duct sizing, and airflow Ability to diagnose HVAC system performance issues accurately EPA certification (required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional attitude and strong work ethic
