Job Description

Star Construction Group LLC has an immediate opening for full-time HVAC Certified Maintenance Technicians at our residential rental properties. We have several locations throughout the Phoenix area that may require your assistance. The main work location will be in Chandler.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The main responsibility of our HVAC Certified Maintenance Technicians is maintaining the HVAC systems at our properties and responding to residents' work orders as needed. They are also accountable for preparing units for move-ins, repairing general issues in the units, and providing expedited service in the event of a maintenance emergency. They respond to our residents' service needs and assists the Leasing staff with keeping our property in excellent condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep all HVAC units in working condition and respond to HVAC repair requests in a timely manner. Prepares Market Ready apartments, which may include painting, flooring repairs, cleaning, and general repairs, as necessary to bring vacated units back up to our standards. Maintains grounds, pools/spas, common areas, and amenities to keep a clean, operational, and safe property for our residents. Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager. Performs duties as assigned, in a timely manner. Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times. Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment. Perform any other related duties as needed. Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. All applicants must be authorized to work in the
U.S. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE A
high school diploma/GED, plus a minimum of 5 years general maintenance/handyman experience. HVAC certification required. Pay is $31.00 and up depending on experience. Rental discounts, PTO, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
