Join a family that invests in YOU — not just the install. Responsibilities Lead the installation of HVAC systems including air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency. Perform equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct comprehensive testing of installed systems, including refrigerant charge checks and electrical inspections using appropriate diagnostic tools. Mentor apprentice technicians and junior installers in construction techniques, HVAC/R systems, welding, and mechanical knowledge to foster skill development. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, HVAC installation, or service technician roles with a strong mechanical background. Hands-on experience with field service operations involving appliance repair, boiler maintenance, equipment repair, and property maintenance tasks. Familiarity with HVAC/R components such as air conditioning units, and associated electrical wiring. Ability to read technical diagrams accurately and utilize diagnostic tools like ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues. Welding skills and experience working with various mechanical tools are highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred for transportation between job sites. $85,000.00
