(DOE)•Residential HVAC Service Technician Gilbert AZ $30-$40/hr Plus Commission Join our team at Sun Valley Air Conditioning and Heating as an HVAC Technician. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, and cooling for residential and commercial customers. We're looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your skills and professionalism will help keep our customers comfortable year-round while supporting the continued success of our company. Duties Inspect HVAC systems for safety and performance. Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical issues. Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial equipment. Use tools and testing equipment to service systems. Explain repairs, timelines, and delays to customers. Perform routine maintenance and filter changes. Keep service vehicles stocked and organized. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Build strong customer relationships Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience Strong sales experience Utilization of digital gauges Understanding the basic refrigerant cycle Being familiar with static pressure, airflow, wiring diagram, basic electricity Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Day shift Occasional weekend availability Occasional on-call rotation Join us at Sun Valley Air Conditioning and Heatingwhere your skills make a difference!
