$65,000 - $160,000+ Per Year Experienced Residential Service Technicians Only Before applying, please read carefully: This position is for an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician with 3+ years service experience. It is NOT an installer position, helper position, maintenance-only position, or entry-level opportunity. Applicants without recent residential HVAC diagnostic and repair experience will not be considered. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in solving problems, communicating professionally with homeowners, and consistently delivering high-quality work. What We're Looking For We are seeking a technician who can independently: Diagnose residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot electrical and control issues Repair split systems, heat pumps, package units, and air handlers Perform service calls without constant supervision Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Minimum Requirements Minimum 3+ years of recent residential HVAC service and repair experience EPA 608 Certification (Required) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and efficiently Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in Arizona summer conditions Must provide basic HVAC hand tools Ability to use mobile apps and technology for job documentation Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Represent Ultimate Air with professionalism and customer-first attitude Participate in ongoing training and certifications Adhere to all safety standards and protocols Do Not Apply If You are primarily an installer You have only maintenance experience You are currently in HVAC school or just graduated with little field experience You require extensive training on diagnostics and repairs You do not have residential service experience What We Offer $4,000 Hiring Bonus Company Vehicle Fuel Card Performance-Based Bonus Program Monthly Tool Allowance Personal Tool Replacement Program Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Uniforms and Safety Equipment Provided Company Phone and/or Tablet Paid Training and Manufacturer Certifications Career Advancement Opportunities Family-Owned Company Culture Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday •Dispatched daily from your home (must live within our service area) Ideal candidates live within our primary service area: Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, Ahwatukee, and surrounding East Valley communities.
