Apartment Maintenance Technicians -Bilingual & HVAC is a Plus•
NO ON CALL
•- WEEKLY PAY• ~Equal Opportunity Employer~ We are currently seeking to hire an Apartment Maintenance and/or Apartment HVAC Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, vacant turns, HVAC installs and other required tasks. Qualified candidates have at least 1 years of onsite work experience and must have reliable transportation, availability and flexible! We're on the lookout for Experienced Maintenance Technicians to help and beautify apartment communities. Maintain our vibrant apartment communities across the Valley; covering North West Valley, South West Valley, Phoenix, Downtown Phoenix, North East Valley South East Valley! This role is all about creating a positive first impression, providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and repair orders in a timely manner Repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all major appliances Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Perform routine preventive maintenance Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining good resident relations Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community May be requested to assist in other areas of property including painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, pool maintenance, etc. depending on property needs. ​
Qualifications:
Previous experience in role Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Reliable means of transportation Professional appearance Follow all confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety requirements Required to pass a Criminal Background Check Why You'll Love Working with
